i am so excited to share about my stay! the breakfast buffet blew me away with its variety of japanese and american foods. i especially loved how quickly the foods were refilled. the location is amazing, just a few minutes walk to ginza six.
the room was definitely on the smaller side. with two adults and three suitcases, moving around was a challenge. i also noticed the hotel website mentions laundry services, but it is actually a coin laundry a 10 minute walk away. this was a bit misleading

charming stay in ginza

convenient locationthoughtful serviceshort walkunreliable wifi
the location was indeed excellent. i found two subway lines conveniently close to the hotel (made getting around so easy!). a family mart around the corner was handy, and the ginza shopping streets were just a short walk away. i really liked how the hotel provided umbrellas , such a thoughtful service.
the wifi in the room was unreliable. i had to be near the door to get a decent signal (a bit inconvenient). i hope they improve the connectivity soon.
Location
9/10
The hotel enjoys a secluded spot, ensuring quiet surroundings (a welcome change from the city bustle). the position is excellent. Ginza's main streets are just minutes away, placing you in a vibrant area.
Rooms
8/10
my room was very clean, a typical japanese-style accommodation. fresh towels were provided daily, and the bed was tidied up each day. i used the eco service to reduce daily cleaning since i was out most of the day.
Dining
9/10
the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of food (especially good). i found a good mix of traditional and western options, so there was something for everyone. the dining room staff were friendly.

The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I especially liked the mix of Asian and American dishes. I also appreciated the umbrellas available to borrow. They were very useful. The hotel is conveniently located near multiple train stations.
The room was quite small, I could barely open my suitcase. I found the air conditioning vent had a lot of dust. The shower curtain also had some mold. I was a bit disappointed.
